Elevate Health is a publication of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition’s Science Board. Each issue deals with a topic with current relevance to physical educators, sport coaches, registered dietitians and nutritionists, exercise, nutrition, sports medicine and public health practitioners, physicians, parents, school nutrition staff and professionals, school nurses, and students. This publication is made possible by a partnership with the National Foundation on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition.
