DOW ACCESS TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROCESS Instructions for completing the Access to Physical Activity (ATPA) process: Step 1: Conduct a site assessment. Determine readiness and willingness at worksite to pursue physical activity options. Identify a cross-discipline project team to help facilitate the process. Document: Access to Physical Activity (ATPA) Site Data Collection Tool (PDF: 117KB) Step 2: Agreement and engagement of worksite leadership and stakeholders to implement the ATPA process. Step 3: Valuation of physical activity options and development of recommendations Document: Physical Activity Options to Consider Scoring Matrix (PDF: 26KB) The next step is to carry out planning for and implementation of the option(s) with the highest ranking as identified by the Physical Activity Decision Matrix.
